Our flight departed from JRO Airport. The check-in counter was unmanned/unopened for our flight for a long time. Finally, it slowly dawned on us that our flight was probably cancelled. There was no communication from the airline. Luckily, Nina had a similar problem and happened to be standing next to us at the counter, helping us even though we weren't her customers. Above all, her constant communication with the airline, her solution-oriented approach, and her persistence in finding a quick solution for us helped us enormously!
